viaMD

existing off-line paper-based supply chain by freeing
up human and capital resources. In turn, our business
partners can reinvest those savings in their direct
customer relationships and business. Our licensing agreements
codify our market-neutral philosophy.
We designed, built, and provide a web-native
application which organizes and presents centralized
data at each supply chain step for our three core user
groups: surgeon offices, hospitals, and medical device
suppliers. The application complies with the Health
Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996
(HIPAA) and with Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) international
open software standards. Finally, viaMD works with all
business partners to design appropriate interfaces between
legacy systems and the viaMD services.
